Museums of Hudson Valley – Fun for the Whole Family!

Anchored by two Halls of Fame, Orange County has outstanding Hudson Valley museums. The Harness Racing Museum has riveting state-of-the-art interactive exhibits all about one of America’s oldest sports, while the National Purple Heart Hall of Honor tells the story of our nation at war and displays an original Purple Heart. The newest museum, Motorcyclepedia, has the largest collection of motorcycles on display in the country. See original manuscripts, experience farm life and railroading, and view archaeological treasures dating back to the Ice Age. There’s tons of stuff for children to do, too, all within easy driving distance so you can visit several in a day.
